Product Standard

This product is manufactured according to JB/T 10636-2006 "Rated voltage 0.6/1kV (Um=1.2kV) copper core plastic insulated prefabricated branch cable" and other standards, and can also be produced according to IEC, British, German and American standards as required by the user.

 

Scope of Application

This product can be widely used in power distribution systems of residential buildings, office buildings, hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, and factories. The main cable conductor is jointless, the branch cable conductor joints are reasonably structured with minimal contact resistance, and are unaffected by thermal expansion and contraction. It also has excellent seismic resistance, good airtightness and waterproofness, can supply power normally in humid environments, and can also be laid outdoors and underground. It occupies a small building area, which is conducive to the effective use of the building area, and is easy to install.

 

Usage Characteristics

Rated voltage U0/U is 0.6/1KV
Maximum allowable long-term operating temperature of the cable conductor: 90℃ for cables with cross-linked polyethylene insulation;
During short circuits (maximum duration not exceeding 5s), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 250℃;
Maximum allowable long-term operating temperature of the cable conductor: 70℃ for cables with polyvinyl chloride insulation;
During short circuits (maximum duration not exceeding 5s), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 160℃.
The ambient temperature during cable laying should not be lower than 0℃
The bending radius of the cable should not be less than 20 times the outer diameter of the cable
