1. Xinyu Cable will provide various high-quality services before, during, and after product sales, striving for user satisfaction.
2. Before signing a contract with the user, we welcome users to visit our company for inspection. The company can accurately and truthfully provide users with various technical consultations and related product technical data or documents, and answer the requirements raised by users.
3. After the contract is signed, the company welcomes users to send personnel to the company for supervision, and humbly accepts the manufacturing quality opinions raised by users, promptly analyzes and improves them.
4. Before the factory inspection of the products, the company notifies the users to send personnel to participate in the inspection together. The company will provide assistance to the personnel sent by the users in terms of work and life.
5. Before shipping the products, the company will notify the users and provide them with the product quality assurance certificate and goods delivery note stipulated in the contract.
6. During the installation and use of the products provided by our company, if quality problems occur, we will reply within 24 hours after receiving the user's feedback information. For problems that require personnel to handle, the company will immediately send personnel to the site for service or provide a satisfactory response. For problems that are indeed due to the quality of our company's products, we will promptly repair them. If they cannot be repaired, the company will replace or return them.
7. Under normal working environment and usage conditions, the cable quality guarantee period is one year, and the cable lifespan is more than 30 years. Within one year, any quality problems that occur in the cables will be fully responsible for by the company if they are indeed due to manufacturing reasons.
8. During the construction process, if the user needs cooperation from the company, our company will immediately dispatch technical personnel to the site to cooperate with the service.
