Product Standard
This product is manufactured according to JB/T 10636-2006 "Rated voltage 0.6/1kV (Um=1.2kV) copper core plastic insulated prefabricated branch cable" and other standards. It can also be produced according to IEC, British, German, and American standards as per customer requirements.
Scope of Application
This product can be widely used in power distribution systems of residential buildings, office buildings, hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, and factories. The main cable conductor is seamless, the branch cable conductor joint structure is reasonable, the contact resistance is extremely small, and it is not affected by thermal expansion and contraction. It also has excellent earthquake resistance, good airtightness and waterproofness, can supply power normally in humid environments, and can also be laid outdoors and underground. It occupies a small building area, which is conducive to the effective use of the building area, and is simple and convenient to install.
Usage Characteristics
Rated voltage U0/U is 0.6/1KV
Maximum allowable long-term operating temperature of cable conductor: 90℃ for cables with cross-linked polyethylene insulation;
During short circuit (maximum duration not exceeding 5s)
The maximum temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 250℃;
Maximum allowable long-term operating temperature of cable conductor: 70℃ for cables with polyvinyl chloride insulation;
During short circuit (maximum duration not exceeding 5s), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 160℃.
The ambient temperature during cable laying should not be lower than 0℃
The bending radius of the cable should not be less than 20 times the outer diameter of the cable
