Product Standard

Products are manufactured according to GB/T 5023-2008 "Polyvinyl chloride insulated cables with rated voltage of 450/750V and below", JB/T8734-2012 "Polyvinyl chloride insulated cables, wires and flexible wires with rated voltage of 450/750V and below", and GB/T 19666-2005 "General rules for flame-retardant and fire-resistant wires and cables". They can also be produced according to IEC, British, German, and American standards as per customer requirements.

Application Scope

This product is suitable for control, signal, protection, and measurement systems with a rated voltage of 0.6/1kV or below. The low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant cable has superior flame-retardant performance, produces little smoke during combustion, emits no corrosive gases, and is widely used in stations, high-rise buildings, hotels, important facilities, and places with high personnel density.

Applicable Characteristics

Rated voltage U0/U is 450/750V, 300/500V, and 300/300V. 
The maximum permissible operating temperature of the cable conductor is 70℃. 
The ambient temperature during cable laying should not be lower than 0℃.
