Product Standard
This product is manufactured according to GB/T12706-2008 "Rated voltage 1kV to 35kV extruded insulated power cables and accessories Part 1 Rated voltage 1kV and 3kV cables" standard. It can also be manufactured according to IEC standards recommended by the International Electrotechnical Commission, British BS standards, German DIN standards, American ICEA standards, and Japanese JIS standards according to user needs.
Application Scope
This product is suitable for fixed installation in distribution networks or industrial equipment with a rated voltage of 0.6/kV or less.
Usage Characteristics
Rated voltage U0/U is 0.6/1KV
1. 0.6/1kV cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cable
The maximum allowable long-term operating temperature of the cable conductor is 90℃
During short circuits (maximum duration not exceeding 5s), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 250℃
The ambient temperature during cable installation should not be lower than 0℃
The bending radius of the cable should not be less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable
2. 0.6/1kV polyvinyl chloride insulated power cable
The maximum allowable long-term operating temperature of the cable conductor is 70℃
During short circuits (maximum duration not exceeding 5s), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 160℃
The ambient temperature during cable installation should not be lower than 0℃
The bending radius of the cable should not be less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable
