Product Standard
This product is manufactured according to GB/T12527-2008 "Aerial insulated cables with rated voltage of 1kV and below" and IEC60502 "Power cables and accessories with extruded insulation with rated voltage of 1-30kV" standards.
Scope of application
This product has a rated voltage U of 1kV and below, and is used for overhead fixed installation and service lines.
Usage Characteristics
Maximum permissible long-term operating temperature of cable conductor: Polyvinyl chloride insulated and polyethylene insulated overhead cables should not exceed 70℃; cross-linked polyethylene insulated overhead cables should not exceed 90℃.
During short circuit (maximum duration not exceeding 5s), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor: Polyvinyl chloride insulated overhead cable should not exceed 160℃; Polyethylene insulated overhead cable should not exceed 130℃; Cross-linked polyethylene insulated overhead cable should not exceed 250℃.
The ambient temperature during cable laying should not be lower than -20℃.
Cable bending radius: When the cable outer diameter is less than 25mm, it should not be less than 4 times the cable outer diameter; when the cable outer diameter is equal to or greater than 25mm, it should not be less than 6 times the cable outer diameter.
