Product Standard
This product is manufactured according to GB/T14049-2008 "10kV rated voltage overhead insulated cables" and IEC60502 "Rated voltage 1-30kV extruded insulated power cables and accessories" and other standards.
Scope of Application
This product has a rated voltage of U=10kV and is used for overhead fixed laying. Soft copper core products are used for transformer downleads; when laying the cable, the distance between the cable and trees should be considered, and during cable operation, frequent contact between the cable and trees is permitted.
Usage Characteristics
Maximum long-term allowable operating temperature of the cable conductor: For cables with a load-bearing line structure, it is determined by the maximum long-term allowable operating temperature of the insulation. The high-density polyethylene insulated overhead cable should not exceed 75℃; the cross-linked polyethylene insulated overhead cable should not exceed 90℃.
Maximum temperature of the cable conductor during short circuit (maximum duration not exceeding 5s): The high-density polyethylene insulated overhead cable should not exceed 150℃; the cross-linked polyethylene insulated overhead cable should not exceed 250℃.
The ambient temperature during cable laying should not be lower than -20℃.
The cable bending radius should not be less than the diameter of the cylinder used for the cable bending test.
