Product Standard

This product is manufactured according to GB/T9330-2008 "Plastic Insulated Control Cables", and also according to international standards recommended by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), British Standards, German Standards, and American Standards as per customer requirements.

 

Scope of Application

This product is suitable for fixed installation in control, monitoring circuits, and protection lines with a rated voltage (U0/U) of 450/750V and below.

 

Usage Characteristics

Rated voltage U0/U is 450/750V

450/750V Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Insulated and Sheathed Control Cable
The maximum allowable long-term operating temperature of the cable conductor is 70℃; during a short circuit (lasting no more than 5s), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 160℃. The ambient temperature during cable installation should not be lower than 0℃.
Cable bending radius: For cables without armor, it should be no less than 8 times the outer diameter of the cable; for cables with armor or copper tape shielding, it should be no less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable; for shielded flexible cables, it should be no less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.

450/750V Cross-linked Polyethylene (XLPE) Insulated Control Cable
The maximum allowable long-term operating temperature of the cable conductor is 90℃; during a short circuit (lasting no more than 5s), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 250℃. The ambient temperature during cable radiation should not be lower than 0℃.
Cable bending radius: For cables without armor, it should be no less than 8 times the outer diameter of the cable; for cables with armor or copper tape shielding, it should be no less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable.
