Product Standard

This product is manufactured according to GB/T9330-2008 "Plastic Insulated Control Cables" and GB/T19666-2005 "General Rules for Flame-Retardant and Fire-Resistant Wires and Cables". It can also be manufactured according to international standards recommended by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), British Standards, German Standards, and American Standards, as per customer requirements.

Scope of Application

This product is suitable for fixed installation in control, monitoring circuits, and protection lines with a rated voltage (U0/U) of 450/750V and below. The product has excellent flame-retardant properties and is widely used in important facilities, places with high personnel density, and low air density.

450/750V Polyvinyl Chloride Insulated and Sheathed Flame-Retardant and Fire-Resistant Control Cable
The maximum allowable long-term operating temperature of the cable conductor is 70℃; during short circuits (lasting no more than 5s), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 160℃. The ambient temperature during cable laying should not be lower than 0℃.
Cable bending radius: For cables without armor, it should not be less than 8 times the cable outer diameter; for cables with armor or copper tape shielding structure, it should not be less than 12 times the cable outer diameter; for shielded flexible cables, it should not be less than 6 times the cable outer diameter.

450/750V Cross-linked Polyethylene Insulated Flame-Retardant and Fire-Resistant Control Cable
